  • Peter Rubin
    President & Chief Operating Officer

    As President & COO, Peter is responsible for all of Allstate Leasing's day to day operations. Before joining Allstate Leasing, Peter served as Vice President & General Counsel for MileOne Autogroup where he oversaw MileOne's finance operations as well as legal, compliance and mergers & acquisitions activities. Peter also built what was initially a small collections department into a comprehensive compliance infrastructure serving MileOne's 40 dealerships located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina. 

    Prior to joining MileOne, Peter was a co-founder and Partner of Atlantic Capital Group, a private equity and real estate investment firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1988 and his law degree in 1992. After graduating from law school, Peter built a successful practice focusing on complex business litigation before transitioning to the business world. He brings a wealth of operations, finance and legal experience to Allstate Leasing.

  • Jay Jethwa
    Chief Financial Officer

    As CFO, Jay is responsible for the management of all finance functions. He is responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements along with the supporting analyses summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with all creditors' requirements, lenders' covenants and bank reporting. In addition, Jay oversees the coordination of the external audits and reviews by outside lenders and accountants.

    Prior to joining Allstate Leasing Jay held various financial leadership positions with large multi-national organizations in the manufacturing and food & beverage industries including the GEA Group, Amsted Industries and Haribo. Jay has a Master's degree in accounting from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Rick Sauter
    Vice President of Operations

    As VP of Operations, Rick helps manage all aspects of day to day operations.  Prior to being appointed VP of Operations, Rick was responsible for Allstate's fleet Maintenance Management Program where he has more than 35 years of experience.  Allstate Leasing's Maintenance Management Program consists of approximately 3,000 vehicles and includes a fleet call center, roadside assistance, accident management, fleet fuel card program, and vehicle disposal and transportation. Rick has been with Allstate Leasing for more than 22 years. 

    Prior to joining Allstate Leasing Rick was in the United States Army and is a retired Chief Warrant Officer with his last assignment as Wheel Vehicle Division Chief at the Ordnance Center & School at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.
